Sales has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember (I’m 47). My family has been in sales since 1918, I’ve learned so much from my grandfather and father, both salesmen. Over the years, I’ve sold a wide range of products to diverse client types and gained experience working for both startups and large corporations.Sales also gave me the opportunity to live abroad for over 12 years in amazing places like China, the USA, and Germany. These experiences shaped my perspective and made me a better salesman.While I’ve learned a lot from working in large corporations, I really enjoy working with smaller, entrepreneurial businesses where I can roll up my sleeves and get results. I believe in action over words, let’s just start, fine tune along the way and get it done!Sales: simple, not easy! Best job in the world!

Tell me about your product, who buys it, why they buy it, how it’s priced, and your margins. I’d also like to understand your competition and the countries or regions you’re considering for expansion. Basically, share anything you think I should know about your business. Of course, I’ll also outline the financial structure of our potential cooperation so you can decide if it’s the right fit for you.

Our Playbook
This document outlines how we’ll work together and what we both expect. It includes:
The types of clients you want me to focus on.
The countries/regions where you want me to concentrate my efforts.
An overview of the products and pricing I can work with.
KPI’s such as turnover, margin, and units sold to track and measure our progress.
A clear breakdown of our financial agreement.

WHAT
Once the Playbook and the assignment agreement are signed, we’ll do a kick off meeting with your team and then it’s time to spread our wings and fly. This is where the real adventure begins.
CRM Setup: I’ll set up and manage a Pipedrive CRM to track progress. You’ll have full access to view accounts, correspondence, and all logged activities, calls, emails, proposals, and opportunities.
Create sales marketing material: If needed, we’ll create practical, results-focused sales and marketing materials to win business. I’ve got a trusted network of partners who can help us make it happen.
Prospect Outreach: I’ll reach out to relevant prospects to secure meetings, whether in person, via video, or phone, and work towards getting out those first proposals and securing deals.
Tradeshows: If relevant, we’ll identify and attend key tradeshows to meet potential clients.
Weekly update: We’ll have a weekly catch-up meeting to keep us aligned as we go.
